Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, stock merchandise, operate the cash register, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions
• Meet state and local requirements for selling alcoholic beverages

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Combination of education and experience
