Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the required competencies and professionalism in all activities.
• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate feedback to the management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing cleaning duties to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
