Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining product displays, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and conduct store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
