Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, and stock shelves neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize losses, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies, maintain cleanliness standards, and handle alcoholic beverages as required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
• A combination of education and experience is beneficial.
