Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and provide excellent customer service. You will merchandise products, cashier, clean the store, and collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service, operate a cash register, and use store equipment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Adherence to company policies and ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages as per state and local regulations.
