Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. This position involves merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to offer customers a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory procedures and maintain cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience preferred.
