Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and uphold ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is beneficial.
