Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate in an entry-level position where you will play a key role in ensuring a top-notch shopping experience for customers. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service in collaboration with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock merchandise
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Customer service and cash register operation skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow cleaning standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
