Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your focus on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts
• Follow cash policies, uphold company procedures, and ensure security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
