Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring merchandise displays are attractive. This position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour with the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves, handle merchandise displays, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to qualify for employment at ALDI.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to interpret company policies, follow instructions, and work independently or within a team.
