Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI acts competencies and professional skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash handling policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
