Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising products, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
