Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store operations, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring the shopping experience meets our high standards. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Offer exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.

• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
