Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and collaborating with team members. Your responsibilities will include cashier duties, stocking shelves, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
