Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining store operations.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and contribute to store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
