Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members
• Assist with inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain confidentiality
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting, and cleaning

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Skills to operate equipment and follow company standards
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
