Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, one of the fastest-growing retailers in the country. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains its high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
