Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-stocked store, and ensuring a clean shopping environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow M.A.P. guidelines and act competently in the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure data security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and follow company guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
