Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team will elevate the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters.
• Participate in inventory counts and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, performing general cleaning duties, and multitasking efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
