Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to enhance the customer shopping experience. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Perform cashier duties, general cleaning tasks, and stock shelves efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is beneficial
