Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed effectively. This position offers a starting wage of $16.50 per hour and an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
