Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for diverse tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to offer customers the best shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Communicate effectively with the management team and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handling equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
