Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain product displays and shelves in an organized manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and provide feedback on product inventory and customer experiences.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
