Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain neat product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Follow cash handling policies, conduct inventory, and adhere to company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking, lifting, and general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service skills and cash register proficiency required.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
