Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
