Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Your responsibilities include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance through cleaning and stocking activities.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and policies while upholding security standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old
• Proficient in customer service and cash handling
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
