Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by keeping the store well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products and store operations to improve overall performance.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining document security.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to perform cleaning tasks according to standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Compliance with state and local regulations concerning alcohol sales, where applicable.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred but not required.
