Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide excellent customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and safely

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
