Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the store maintains a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Cashier duties, including processing customer purchases and providing exceptional customer service.
• Stocking shelves and merchandise displays neatly and accurately.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with management on store operations.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure the security of documents and data.
• Performing general cleaning duties and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves, bending, lifting up to 45 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
