Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains clean and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and comply with cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following cleaning standards and company guidelines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
