We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with quality products. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and provide feedback on products and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and operating store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
