We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the 'M.A.P.' Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries and purchases.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling basic equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Meet all state and local requirements for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
