Job Description

As an Entry Level Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure store operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide top-notch customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, participate in inventory counts, and follow cash policies.
• Adhere to company procedures, ensure document security, and perform assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Capacity to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask professionally.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
