Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory levels and contribute to store cleanliness.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
