Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Stock and arrange products on shelves and displays efficiently.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold standards of service and security.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages as per state and local requirements.
