Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, well-stocked, and that customers receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and general issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Comply with company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
