Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and stocked with the right products. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their purchases.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and keep the store organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and confidential environment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a neat and tidy store appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Capable of working independently and within a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to the job requirements.
