Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance of the store and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Operate cash register, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain orderly merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
