Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, maintain security, and follow company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.
• Handle equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring a tidy store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• High School Diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
