Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate professionalism, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Position Type:

Full-Time

Average Hours:

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
