Job Description

Join Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and store upkeep. Work collaboratively to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate company's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, follow cash handling procedures, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service, operate a cash register, and use store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
