Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays effectively.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience, ensuring their needs are met.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, report issues, and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in using store equipment and following company policies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
