Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and merchandise products neatly.
• Provide courteous and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining security and confidentiality.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience operating cash registers and handling transactions.
• Proficiency in using store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
