Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, operating a cash register efficiently, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and ensure merchandise displays are neat and organized.
• Adhere to cash policies, minimize inventory losses, and provide feedback on products and inventory accuracy.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior work experience in retail preferred.
