Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, enhancing the customer experience, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, merchandising, and stocking duties efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback on inventory, customer issues, and product quality.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
