Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to store policies
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed accurately

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in operating store equipment and performing general cleaning
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
