Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Comply with company policies, uphold security, and maintain confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to follow company policies and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
• Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
