Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory tasks and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and maintain security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
