Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various tasks to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
