Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Perform cashiering, stocking, and general cleaning duties.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
